Protein Yogurt Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
3/4 c. Protein yogurt (your choice)
1/2 c. Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peach are my favorite)
1/3 - 1/2 c. Granola
Layer and enjoy! If you want to meal prep these, put the granola in a snack bag or separate container.
Tip: use frozen fruit if what you want isn’t in season
