Hibachi Sweet Carrots
Ingredients
2 lbs carrots (peeled and sliced into 1/2inch pieces)
3 tbsp butter
1/4c. honey
1 tsp. salt
water
Place the sliced carrots into a stockpot (like a saucepan but taller sides). Fill the pot with water until it has just covered all the carrots. Add the rest of the ingredients and turn the stove on high. Boil the carrots until all the water has evaporated (15+ mins). Then carefully watch it until the honey starts to caramelize. Immediately take it off the stove to avoid burning. Enjoy!
