Peruvian Style Green Sauce
Ingredients
1 lime (juiced)
2 garlic cloves
1-2 small Serrano peppers or jalapeño (depends how spicy you want it)
1 small-medium bunch of cilantro
1/4 c. neutral oil
2 tsp amarillo paste
1 tsp salt
2-4 tbsp water
Toss everything in the blender and blend on medium/high for 1 minute. Taste and adjust the consistency if needed with more water.
Tip: place all the liquid first so the blender has an easier time blending everything together
Great on: meats, eggs, rice, beans, burgers.
