Gluten & Dairy Free Banana Bread


Ingredients


Preheat the oven to 325°f. In a large mixing bowl, smash the bananas well. Add the butter, sugar, eggs, coconut milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon to the bananas and mix well. Next add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder to the bowl and mix well again. Place batter in a well greased loaf pan and place into the oven for 35-45 minutes (depending on your oven).

Tip: the riper the banana the better!
